Due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, classes may be cancelled. Credit or refunds will be given for the cancelled course. Students who take a leave for personal reasons may be provided with make-up lessons only if there is availability during the term. Parents are required to notify the education coordinator at least 24 hours in advance. We are not able to make class adjustments within 24 hours. The tuition fee for the missing courses will not be refunded in any case. Please make sure to carefully read through the details.

Refund could be given for cancellation before the course starts. Administration fee (10% of the tuition fee) will be non-refundable if cancellation is made prior to one month before starting. Administration fee(20% of the tuition fee) will be non-refundable if cancellation is made within one month before starting. No refund will be given for any cancellation made after the course starts.
